SPIRITUAL JOURNEY WITH ST. PAUL series continues Sunday, August 24 at 7 pm in the parish hall. This month's topic is: "The Holy Spirit: More than a dove."

BLOOD DRIVE sponsored by the Knights of Columbus is set for Sunday, August 31 from 8 am to 2 pm in the parish hall.

INTRODUCTION TO BIOETHICS will be offered by Fr. Mullaney on the first and third Wednesdays of each month from 8-9:30 pm, repeated the following Thursdays from 10:30 am-noon. The first session will be Wednesday, September 3.

RELIGIOUS EDUCATION REGISTRATION is now under way. Forms are online. Classes start the week of September 9.

LARCUM HABITAT FOR HUMANITY HOUSE is being built at 12101 Belfonte Road in Bumpass. Work days are scheduled in the weeks ahead. Additional information is available online.

PRO-LIFE WITNESS is offered every Saturday morning by parishioners who pray outside the Planned Parenthood facility in Washington. Vans leave the Costco parking lot at 7 am and return by noon. Please join us!

TEACHERS ARE NEEDED for religious education classes. The parish also needs adults to teach high school students and facilitate the Confirmation preparation program. If you're interested in either teaching or volunteering to serve in another capacity, please contact the religious education office.

HIGH SCHOOL RELIGIOUS EDUCATION is set for Thursday evenings, starting September 11. Fr. Taylor and Fr. Mullaney will be teaching. The book Catholicism and Society – Marriage Family and Social Issues will be distributed at the first class.

CUB SCOUT PACK 325 is inviting boys in first through fifth grade to join the program. Information will be available after Masses the weekend of September 13-14. Boys are invited to the pack meeting from 1:30 to 3 pm on Sunday, September 14.

FOOD DRIVE is scheduled for the weekend of September 13-14. Non-perishable food items may be dropped off in front of the church.

NATURAL FAMILY PLANNING series will be taught September 14, October 12 and November 9 from 2:30-4:30 pm. Please contact the parish office for details.

BAPTISM PREPARATION CLASS is Tuesday, September 16 at 7:30 pm in the rectory conference room. Please contact the parish office to register.

ST. PATRICK FALL FESTIVAL will be held Saturday, September 27 from 11 am to 4 pm. Look for additional information in the weeks ahead.

CHRISTMAS CHOIR begins rehearsals on October 1. Youth in grades 2-12 are invited to join the choir and sing for the 4 pm Christmas Eve Mass. Rehearsals are Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30 pm. Please contact Maureen McClure for details.

ST. PATRICK SCHOOL AUCTION is scheduled Saturday, November 22 at the Riverside Center. Donation forms and benefactor forms are available online.

CATHOLIC MEN'S GROUP meets the second Friday of the month at 7 pm. Fr. Mullaney is the facilitator.
